Abandoned Places, Araz, California

Butterfield Stage Coach Station
Found this old state coach ruin just out of Yuma on the California border. Only two walls are left standing and should have some reinforcements on them to help them for the years to come.

History:
Araz formerly, Pilot Knob is a former settlement in Imperial County, California. Pilot Knob Station served as a stop on the Butterfield Overland Stage line and its successors until the railroad arrived in 1877.
