The old abandoned gas station and convenience store located just I-17 in new river has been abandoned for years. The building reminds me of an old biker stop equipped with security cameras and barbed wire protecting the roof. The property covers 10-20 acres of brush equipped with a water well and could probably be picked up for a fair price.

This location has been demolished to make way for a new much needed gas station
